Our dedicated volunteers play a crucial role in carrying out essential tasks that contribute to the overall health and welfare of our horses. Volunteer responsibilities encompass a range of activities such as stall cleaning, water bucket maintenance, horse feeding, horse turnout and grooming.
GSHM provides a unique experience for individuals interested in horsemanship and relationship building. Our clinics offer a hands-on approach in a group setting, allowing participants to develop their skills by working directly with our horses. This not only benefits the individuals by allowing them to apply their knowledge in a practical setting but also ensures that our horses receive the necessary training and consistency. We encourage participants to attend 2 clinics per month. To cover the cost of the training and maintenance, a small fee is charged for each clinic.

Prospective adopters looking to provide a loving home for our horses are required to complete an application process and collaborate with GSHM to determine the most suitable match between the individual and the horse.
It is our firm belief that our horses should be placed in forever homes that offer an environment that is at least as nurturing and caring as the one they currently enjoy at our facility.
GSHM along with Quinlan Equine provides a diverse selection of Equine Team Building Clinics. Companies, families, educational institutions, and individuals in leadership roles can partake in a distinctive team building opportunity involving horses.
Our future equine experiential learning programs will encompass a range of offerings, such as day camps, family camps, engaging campfire programs, the option to rent our facility, and an extensive array of diverse programming options.
Do you have a question, comment, or suggestion for GSHM? We would love to hear from you! You can reach us by phone, email, or through our online contact form.
