Continue to improve the Health  & Well-Being of Rescue Horses

  • Maintain high-quality nutrition with consistent access to hay and supplements.
  • Continue improving farrier, dental, and veterinary care for all horses.
  • Enhance natural insect control and property management.
  • Develop individualized rehabilitation plans for incoming rescue horses.

Expand and Enhance Outreach Programs

  • Strengthen existing equine-assisted learning programs for youth, families, and veterans.
  • Increase partnerships with local schools, community groups, and special needs organizations.
  • Offer more hands-on clinics, workshops, and team-building events.
  • Develop a volunteer training program to enhance the experience and engagement of new volunteers.

Increase Fundraising & Sponsorship Initiatives

  • Expand recurring donation programs and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop annual fundraising events such as gala dinners, silent auctions, and benefit rides.
  • Strengthen grant writing efforts to secure more funding.
  • Increase corporate sponsorships and local business partnerships.

Build Onsite Casita for Round-the-Clock Care

  • Construct a small, comfortable living space for a designated volunteer to stay on-site.
  • Improve security and emergency response for horses in need of urgent care.
  • Reduce costs of hiring off-site caretakers by allowing dedicated volunteers to stay on the property.

Construct an Office & Pubic Restroom for Volunteers & Visitors

  • Establish a central administrative space for better management of operations.
  • Provide an air-conditioned area with a kitchenette for volunteers.
  • Improve facilities to accommodate volunteers and visitors comfortably.
  • Provide a clean and accessible restroom to enhance the experience for guests.

 Develop a Summer Program in a Cooler Climate

  • Acquire property in a cooler region to provide relief for horses during hot months.
  • Create a summer family camp program focused on outdoor activities, equine learning, and reducing screen time.
  • Offer programs that support families and children.
  • Provide an opportunity for current volunteers to escape extreme heat while still contributing to the rescue’s mission.

Expand Equine-Assisted Programs  & Community Engagement

  • Continue to develop programs to train       individuals in equine care and management.
  • Increase public access to equine-assisted       programs for personal development.
  • Collaborate with community groups to provide additional clinics and tours for specialized groups.

Create Sustainable Revenue Streams

  • Develop a merchandise program  with branded apparel, tack, and horse care products..
  • Explore partnerships with local tourism and outdoor education programs.

Build a Retirement Sanctuary for Senior Rescue Horses

  • Develop a dedicated space for older or unadoptable rescue horses to live out their lives in peace.
  • Create a sponsorship program  where donors can "adopt" a retired horse and support its       lifelong care.

Become a Recognized Leader in Equine Rescue & Education

  • Enhance credibility through accreditations and industry partnerships.
  • Continue advocacy efforts to improve equine welfare standards.
  • Expand volunteer training programs to cultivate future leaders in equine care.
